• Clear copy of BIR Certificate of registration (Form 2303)
• List of Accredited Real Estate Salesperson (Name, Birthdate, TIN number, Mobile Number, PRC Number, DHSUD Number)
• Latest copy of Official Receipt
• Company Profile
• Signed Brokers Agreement Form
• Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Certification and ID
• Resignation Letter from previous realty (if applicable)
For Real Estate Salesperson:
• Filled-up Real Estate Salesperson Info Sheet
• TIN Number
• 2 Valid I.D.
• 2×2 Picture with white background
• Latest copy of Official Receipt
• Latest PRC Certificate/ID card (photocopy)
• Signed Real Estate Salesperson Agreement Form
